Documents to be provided

These documents will be requested by email once the form has been completed and paid for, in response to the order confirmation. The documents must be legible only, so that they can be compared with your manually entered data. Minors must provide the same documents as adults.

These documents should be sent once the form has been completed, to the address [email protected] specifying the tracking number for my procedure, which is included in the confirmation email. The return is generally made within 72 working hours (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt of the documents.

  • return air tickets to the Ivory Coast
  • proof of accommodation: hotel reservation or family declaration legalized at the town hall, or if not legalized for a private host, a copy of the host's identity card

Traveller's passport

A colour scan of the identity page of the valid passport used by each traveller. This is the page with the passport photo. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival. The passport cannot be a green emergency passport, nor a diplomatic or service passport.

In order to renew or apply for your first passport, we will assist you with your pre-application.

Airline tickets

A copy of the confirmation of a return flight booking between the travellers' country of origin and Abidjan Airport. If travellers have transits, please include them. All documents must be nominative.

Proof of accommodation

Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation confirmation (for all nights in Côte d'Ivoire with the number of travelers and the full name of the travelers) or accommodation certificate (with the names of the traveler and the host, dates of stay, address and contact of the host) legalized in the town hall or, failing that, add a copy of the host's identity card

In the case of multiple types of accommodation, please attach all receipts for all nights spent in the country.
